Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Design, process, and focus on 2D designs and other advanced architectural practices to create innovative and functional building solutions.
Manage multiple projects from conception through completion, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Work closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met and designs are executed effectively.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, local regulations, and company guidelines.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using software and other design tools.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to plans and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase.
Incorporate sustainable design principles into projects, promoting environmentally responsible practices.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong focus on 2D design and proficiency in advanced design software.
Proficient in architectural design software and tools, with a solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Strong design sense combined with analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working within budget constraints.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
