As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the careers of our artists, acting as a bridge between them and key industry professionals. You will work closely with the artist, strategize their career moves, secure opportunities, and ensure they are on the right path to achieving their professional goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the artist’s career, brand, and fanbase.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, performances, and endorsements.
- Manage day-to-day interactions, schedules, and commitments for the artist.
- Liaise with record labels, booking agents, PR teams, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate deals, contracts, and appearances on behalf of the artist.
- Oversee the artist’s media presence, including social media, interviews, and public appearances.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advise artists on how to remain competitive.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry players to ensure the artist’s success.
- Coordinate with other team members (producers, A&R, promoters) to ensure aligned career goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Manager or similar role within the entertainment industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the music and entertainment industries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to guide artists in both creative and business aspects of their careers.
- Understanding of brand management, marketing, and public relations.
- Knowledge of the music industry, including contracts, licensing, and copyright.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple artists or projects.
- Passion for music and artist development.
