Job Summary
We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced Baker who is also willing to learn new and healthy recipes. This job involves baking different kinds of specialty bread to meet the personal nutritional needs of customers in collaboration with the head baker

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Baking of specialty bread for sale
- Assisting the head baker in the development of new recipes
- Coordinate baking schedules together with the head baker to produce different kinds of specialty bread
- Do quality checks on ingredients to be used and the finished products
- Stay updated on the latest nutritional science and research to provide evidence-based recommendations and contribute to the development of new nutritional programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a B.Sc. in Human Nutrition or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Experience in baking specialty bread is an added advantage
- Hardworking and dedicated.
- Must be willing to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to maintain a High level of personal hygiene
- Must be physically fit
