A reputable property development company in Maitama, Abuja requires a smart applicant to fill the role of Assistant Facility Manager.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Facility maintenance, condition assessment, and supervision.
- Supervising the maintenance and repairs of facilities, equipment, and tools to ensure operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards to maintain consistency in the quality of services.
- Maintaining and updating asset records and documents regularly.
- Providing administrative support and paying close attention to details.
- Providing weekly and monthly expense reports and bookkeeping.
- Maintaining the Management schedules of appointments regularly.
- Keeping track of the to-do list of the Managing Director daily.
- And any other responsibilities assigned to him by the M.D.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSc or HND upper credit and a sound technical background in administrative roles
- He must be proactive with an ability to learn fast
- Must be organized with good problem-solving skills, and have a good eye for details.
- At least 35 years of age with high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools and Internet basis.
- Technical background in construction and building tech is an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suites such as Word PowerPoint and Excel
Location: Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000 (subject to review after 6 months based on performance)
