Assistant Manager

• On-site supervision of landscaping or bulk-order projects 
• Strategize on marketing & sales and execute brand growth initiatives 
• Staying on trend with marketing strategies and advising CEO accordingly
• Shoot brand products and create engaging picture or video content to drive traffic to social media platforms and to boost sales
• Responding to customer messages on all media platforms and processing customer orders
• Resolving customer service issues if any in a professional and efficient manner
• Assisting with packaging and sending out orders for delivery
• Staff management and administrative support

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing, managerial, or executive assistant role
• Excellent Customer Service, Problem Solving Skills, and Negotiation Skills
• Photography, graphics, or videography skills will be an added advantage
• Minimum academic qualification of a BSC in any related field
• Experience using TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Vibrant, outgoing, and fun personality
• Prior experience in horticulture is not required as the ideal candidate will be fully trained.
• The ideal candidate should be based on the island preferably

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 150,000
