Job Summary

We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced Baker who is also willing to learn new and healthy recipes. This job involves baking different kinds of speciality bread to meet the personal nutritional needs of customers .

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the entire baking process in a bakery, including managing a team of bakers,
  • Developing and refining recipes
  • Ensuring quality and consistency of products,
  • Ordering ingredients
  • Maintaining food safety standards
  • Managing the production schedule
  • Collaborating with management on menu development and customer service


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a B.Sc. in Human Nutrition or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role 
  • Experience in baking specialty bread is an added advantage 
  • Hardworking and dedicated.
  • Must be willing to learn 
  • Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to maintain a high level of personal hygiene 
  • Must be physically fit
