Responsibilities:
- Preparing a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain high hygiene standards and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in bread making in a hotel, restaurant, or bakery setting.
- Young, energetic, and a quick learner.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in baking and pastry arts preferred.
