Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Business Development Assistant

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support Business Development Activities: Assist the Business Development Manager in executing the company's development strategy, including market research, prospect identification, and follow-up.
  • Customer Contact and Follow-up: Contact potential customers by phone, email, and face-to-face; arrange meetings and demonstrations, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Collect and analyze market information, pay attention to competitor dynamics, and support business decisions.
  • Create and Prepare Sales Materials: Assist in preparing documents such as sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure that the content is accurate and consistent with the company's brand image.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in Industry Events: Assist in organizing and participating in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking conferences to establish industry connections and promote the company's business.
  • Assist in the management of contracts and agreements: Follow up on contract signing and execution and ensure compliance of all documents.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related fields.
  • 1 year of business development or sales support experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good at building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Have basic skills in market research, data analysis, and report writing.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented, with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
