We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Strategist to spearhead growth initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO to develop long-term goals, build strategic partnerships, and design innovative strategies targeting fempreneurs and female CEOs.

Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base, increase revenue, and enhance brand visibility.
- Research and identify potential new markets, business opportunities, and partnership initiatives that align with the company’s mission.
- Collaborate with the CEO to create long-term business goals and growth plans, aligning them with company objectives and market trends.
- Proactively identify, connect with, and pursue potential clients, particularly women entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Organize and attend networking events, virtual conferences, and meetings to expand the company’s presence and establish strategic partnerships.
- Work alongside the marketing team to design and execute lead generation strategies, including campaigns, webinars, and programs.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas for growth within the women’s coaching and consulting industry.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Business Development Consultant
- HND/BSc. in Business Management or a related course of study
