Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Expand the company’s market presence by identifying and engaging new clients in the travel sector.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including travel Agencies and tour operators
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Closely Work Collaboration & Communication with the sales team, marketing, operations, and others…
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish new business connections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of the B2B travel industry, including knowledge of travel agencies, non-air products, and wholesale travel distribution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
