Job Summary

We seek bright, results-driven, and customer-focused Business Development Executives to join our growing visa, travel & tour company. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships in the travel and immigration space. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition:

  • Promote and sell visa processing services, travel packages, tours, and related offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Advise clients on visa requirements, application processes, and travel documentation.
  • Provide personalized travel consultation and itinerary planning.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the visa and travel process, ensuring satisfaction and successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.


Market Research & Strategy:

  • Stay up to date on visa regulations, travel trends, and destination policies.
  • Identify market needs and suggest new products or service improvements.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.


Brand Representation:

  • Represent the company at travel expos, promotional events, and industry meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract and convert clients.
  • Assist in social media and digital outreach efforts to promote services.


Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or any relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client service—preferably within a travel agency, visa consultancy, or tour company.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of visa application processes and global travel regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Good knowledge of travel booking platforms and visa documentation.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.

Location: Ikeja

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000 Monthly Net
