Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential areas for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business opportunities.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all communications and transactions are handled efficiently.
Sales and Marketing:
- Lead the sales team in executing marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate offerings.
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities in the real estate market.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine business strategies and improve service delivery.
Strategic Planning:
- Work with senior management to develop long-term business plans and set achievable goals.
- Evaluate and implement new business models to diversify revenue streams.
- Ensure all business development activities align with the company’s overall mission and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and related regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
