Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and drive sustainable financial growth. As the front of the company, you will be responsible for creating and applying an effective sales strategy to boost sales and forge strong relationships with clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Growth Strategy: Focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify new markets and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Arrange Business Meetings: Meet with prospective clients to promote the company's products/services and address their objectives.
  • Promote Products/Services: Address or predict clients' objectives to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Prepare Sales Contracts: Ensure adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep Sales Records: Track sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
  • Provide Feedback and Support: Offer trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients.
  • Build Long-term Relationships: Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop Sales Team: Mentor entry-level staff to become valuable salespeople.
  • Develop a Comprehensive Business Plan: Create a comprehensive business strategy document that outlines the company's goals, objectives, and strategies for achieving sustainable financial growth.


Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 5-10 years working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role. 
  • Sales Track Record: Proven sales track record with a focus on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support Experience: Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • MS Office and CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • English Proficiency: Strong English language skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the market and industry trends.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Time Management and Planning: Strong time management and planning skills.
  • Education: BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
