Job Summary
This role is tasked with the responsibility of driving business growth, developing client relationships, and promoting the company’s asset management products and services within the Abuja region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), mass market, and building long-term partnerships with institutional and retail clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire, retain, and grow the mass market client base.
- Drive sales of asset management products, including mutual funds, investment plans, and savings products.
- Identify and engage potential mass market clients through direct marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Conduct research to understand mass market needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor products and campaigns for this segment.
- Establishing a network of referrals
- Ensuring that the Company policy and guidelines are strictly adhered to.
- Providing feedback to assist in strategic decision making.
- Ensuring implementation of marketing strategies within States and Regions
- Responding to all subscription inquiries and requests on all electronic platforms
- Producing Weekly Marketing and Sales reports, including Performance review reports.
- Preparing Call Memos.
- Providing feedback from marketing Presentations
- Provide continuous marketing feedback on prospects and further steps to take
- Provide continuous feedback on client requests/complaints
- Providing timely information to the Middle and Back offices, to ensure clients’ requests are treated timely and efficiently
- Organize a quarterly investors forum
- Providing clients with up-to-date information on their investments.
- Attending to clients’ inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Carry out any other responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Economics, Business or Finance related fields, master’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
- 5-7 years’ experience in selling investment products, particularly Mutual Funds, with evidence of successes recorded
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building relationships within a mass market segment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent use of MS Office Applications, and other technology-based tools
- Knowledge of Abuja terrain
