Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics (e.g., leads, conversions, revenue).
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and revenue targets.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
