Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics (e.g., leads, conversions, revenue).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 years of proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
