We are seeking a dynamic Business Development/Sales Manager, preferably a woman, with a proven track record and background in the Edtech industry, to join our team. You will lead sales initiatives, develop client relationships, and drive business growth. Your exceptional ability to close deals will be crucial in achieving success in this role.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Generate target market leads, both locally and internationally.
  • Proactively engage potential customers through cold calls, presenting compelling information about company services, product features, pricing, and benefits.


Client Engagement:

  • Demonstrate effective questioning techniques to understand customer requirements and tailor product offerings accordingly.
  • Persuasively communicate the value of products/services to customers, driving them to make purchasing decisions.


Sales Achievement:

  • Go above and beyond to meet sales quotas, fostering future sales opportunities, and maintaining detailed records of calls and sales.
  • Cultivate positive business and customer relationships, focusing on building, developing, and sustaining these connections.


Business Development:

  • Manage clients, spearhead business development initiatives, and actively acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Actively promote and drive the sales of the company's products and services, ensuring effective communication with the IT team for business success and growth.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with customers, providing quality services to enhance customer satisfaction and product sales performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven senior sales management experience, preferably in the Edtech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Technology/Education Sales and Marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business sales growth, exceed targets, and successfully handle the entire marketing/sales process.
  • Strong understanding of local and international market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to make informed decisions based on data and market trends.
