Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth running of all activities.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of management experience in recreational facility management, entertainment venue management, hospitality management, leisure and amusement management, or retail management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
- Age range between 27 - 31
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - 300,000 Net
