Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily business operations, ensuring smooth workflows, timely execution of tasks, and operational efficiency across all departments.
- Develop implement, and monitor strategic business plans to drive sustainable growth, improve overall profitability, and enhance market positioning.
- Manage company budgets by overseeing financial planning, cash flow, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal responsibility and long-term financial stability.
- Lead, monitor and motivate the team to align their effort with business objectives.
- Build maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track company performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Establish and enforce operational policies and best practices to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance overall efficiency within the organization.
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities, new market segments, and emerging business trends that can contribute to long-term success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients by providing excellent service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.
- Experience in the beauty and skincare industry is preferred.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent skills in MS Office applications and other CRM software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage a team.

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 400,000 Monthly
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
