We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Decorator to join our bakery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for decorating cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats to perfection, ensuring visually appealing and delicious products for our customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goods using various techniques and materials (e.g., fondant, buttercream, piping)
- Design and create custom cake designs for special orders and occasions
- Prepare and color icing, fondant, and other decorating materials
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to achieve efficient production and high-quality products
- Develop new decorating ideas and techniques to keep offerings fresh and exciting
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in cake decorating or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cake decorating techniques, materials, and equipment
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work accurately
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Certification in cake decorating or a related field (e.g., Wilton, PME) preferred
