Job Summary
As a Change Management Coordinator, you will play a key support role, working closely with the change management lead to contribute to the planning, analysis, and execution of change management strategies. You will focus on tasks such as research, planning, documentation, and preparing materials. This role requires expertise in change management principles and tools, with a strong balance of coordination and analytical skills. You will gather data, assess impacts, and prepare materials to ensure a seamless transition to new processes, tools, or structures. Your efforts will help maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance, fostering a positive change experience within the organization. While you will not directly interface with stakeholders, you will be vital in supporting successful change management behind the scenes.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and refining change management plans aligned with organizational goals and project requirements.
- Conduct research, analyze change impacts, and support readiness assessments to inform and shape the change strategy.
- Coordinate with the change management lead to integrate change activities into project timelines and milestones.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of change activities, plans, and assessments.
- Compile and track progress reports and key metrics on change initiatives, providing insights to the change management lead.
- Track project milestones and identify potential areas needing adjustments.
- Draft communications, develop training materials, and create presentation templates to support the change management lead’s interactions with stakeholders.
- Design materials for workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to support employee engagement.
- Gather and analyze data on change impacts, employee readiness, and adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor feedback from employees on change initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and summaries to the change management lead to help guide the overall strategy.
- Develop templates, checklists, and sustainment tools to ensure the long-term success of change initiatives.
- Support the change management lead in implementing continuous improvement practices based on performance metrics and employee feedback
- Document feedback and lessons learned for use in future change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles, preferably in a large or complex organization.
- Certification in change management such as from the Association of Change Management Professional (ACMP), Change Management Institute, or Prosci.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and writing skills to produce effective documentation and support materials.
- Proficiency in data analysis to assess change readiness, impacts, and sustainment success.
- Ability to work independently and support the change management lead with minimal supervision.
