Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes.
- Develop new recipes and menus to enhance our Continental offerings.
- Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and supply chain.
- Collaborate with other chefs to create fusion dishes and specials.
- Ensure timely delivery of meals and excellent customer service.
- 2+ years of experience as a Continental Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Culinary Arts Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
- Excellent cooking, presentation, and plating skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with menu planning and cost control.
- Familiarity with kitchen management.
- Knowledge of local and international food trends.
