Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Bread Baker to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will help prepare, bake, and present a variety of breads. You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen staff to ensure our breads meet high quality standards every day.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes accurately, measure ingredients, and mix dough.
- Learn and apply proper shaping, proofing, and baking techniques.
- Check flavor, texture, and appearance to maintain consistent quality.
- Work with the Head Chef and other team members to meet daily bread requirements.
- Keep the baking area, equipment, and storage spaces clean and organized.
- Adhere to all food health and safety regulations, including correct handling and labeling of ingredients.
- Stay open to feedback and training to improve baking techniques and efficiency.
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in making bread and learning new skills.
- Some familiarity with baking or kitchen work is helpful, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 50 lbs when needed.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Availability to work weekends or holidays as required by the kitchen’s needs.
- A diploma or degree in culinary arts is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level.
