Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and the Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead long-term financial planning and risk management initiatives to ensure the company’s sustain

 Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
• Professional certification -CPA, CFA, and ACCA
• Minimum of 10- 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or similar senior financial leadership role.
• Extensive experience in agro commodity, trading, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex financial operations in a multinational environment
