Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations. 
• Design and Drafting: Create detailed designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software. Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and codes. 
• Structural Analysis: Perform structural analysis and calculations. Select appropriate construction materials and methods. 
• Permitting and Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities. Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. 
• Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications. Resolve on-site design issues and provide technical support to construction teams. 
• Quality Control: Conduct quality assurance checks on construction materials and workmanship. Implement and enforce quality control procedures. 
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints. Identify and address cost-saving opportunities. 
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. Provide regular project updates and address client concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineering professionals. Lead and mentor junior engineers and support staff. 

Requirements:

• 3 years experience
• Degree in civil engineering
