Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Director of Client Relations, this is a corporate support function serving in a leading role on prospecting of new clients for a security services provider seeking new business opportunities for company growth within the continental United States. The Client Capture Specialist will also be tasked with facilitating the various tasks required for capture management of commercial (Private Sector) opportunities This position is required to function as an independent entity working remotely, with routine guidelines and ongoing supervision.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and foster quality business relationships with prospective procurers of security and security-related services within our multi-state operating region to generate new business partnerships and clients
- Utilize available digital marketing resources for brand awareness and advertising of service offerings
- Manage Constant Contacts program through periodic distribution of advertising leads
- Registration and updates into Vendor databases for Prime Contractors and/or Client databases
- Conduct cold calls for service opportunities to prospective clients based on the existing list while generating new prospects
- Perform continuous follow up with business prospects via phone calls and/or emails to potential clients
- Collaborate with the IT Department to coordinate routine updates and revisions to the company website and social media portals including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
- Manage the sales cycle from the initial cold call to the final contract award
- Conduct close monitoring of future re-solicitation of missed contract award opportunities through ZoHo CRM
- Perform leading roles during the proposal development process for new business opportunities in the private sector
- Attend virtual vendor outreach events and conferences
- Mandatory attendance in periodic webinars to gain proficiency on how to market our services to our target clients
- Attend periodic webinars to remain proficient in marketing skills and the newest features of client relations/business development support solutions.
- Generate a comprehensive weekly report of all ongoing and upcoming client relations and business development activities
- Performs all activities related to the initial application, renewal, and maintenance of small, minority and disadvantaged business entity (MBE/DBE/SBE) certifications for private sector opportunities
- Perform all other additional functions as necessary to achieve business development goals
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess a 4-year, business-related degree from an accredited university/College or equivalent experience, preferably in a Business Management / Marketing related field
- Proficient in using MS Office 365 including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Experience and intermediate level of proficiency in commonly used Sales/Marketing related software
- 5+ years of experience working in Client Prospecting, Customer Service, Business Development, and/or Sales & Marketing related functions.
- Possess soft skills including attention to detail, work-flow organization, ability to use initiative, and ability to follow instructions
- Possess strong verbal & written communication skills in the English Language.
- Have demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and projects, analyzing information, mass data entry, activity-based reporting, customer interactions, and maintaining
- confidentiality of sensitive information.

Proposed Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday – Friday (Virtual / Remote Position)
- Schedule: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Nigerian Time Zone), 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (U.S. Based, Eastern Standard Time) with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- Hours: 40 hours per week minimum
Remuneration: NGN 317,415 Monthly including all mandatory employee benefits
