Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of consistent and standardized procedures for storing and handling perishable food items.
- Reduce the risk of spoilage and contamination by providing clear guidelines for temperature control and hygiene practices.
- Improve efficiency by streamlining processes and minimising errors
- Enhance safety by outlining proper handling techniques and emergency protocols.
- Ability to relate with all regulatory authorities and all relevant stakeholders
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Must be conversant with the commercial aspects of running a Cold Room food chain.
- A good team player and manager of both human and capital resources.
- Not less than 5 years in Food Coldroom chain
Competencies and Skill:
- Not less than 5 years in Food Coldroom chain
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Smart with great Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Work Mode: Full-time
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - N350,000
