Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the company’s growth initiatives through strategic planning and market analysis
- Execution of corporate development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; or LLB preferred.
- Licensed attorney with a valid bar membership.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure Projects, Project Finance Law, Project Management and investment regulation, and project finance transactions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills.
- Very Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to efficiently gather, process, and analyse data provided by Analyst
