Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop a content strategy that highlights our properties, services, and brand
- Create high-quality content (written, visual, and video) for social media, blogs, and websites
- Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Grow our social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and conversions
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and social media strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment and maximum impact
- Create property listings, virtual tours, and other marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content creation and social media management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management
- Proven track record of success in creating engaging content and growing social media presence
- Excellent writing, editing, and design skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and content creation software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends
- Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research
