Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the restaurant’s brand within and beyond the hotel.
- Identify new revenue streams, such as catering services, pop-up events, partnerships, and franchising opportunities.
- Ensure seamless coordination between the restaurant and hotel management to enhance the guest experience.
