Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the restaurant’s brand within and beyond the hotel.
  • Identify new revenue streams, such as catering services, pop-up events, partnerships, and franchising opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the restaurant and hotel management to enhance the guest experience.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of a degree 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
