Nathans Limited owners of the largest dry cleaning Chain in Africa is looking for Customer Service Executives for our Victoria Island branch.   • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints, and inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Collecting and inspecting customer items before registering them.
  • Collecting customer's items and entering them into the system
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Reporting to the Manager and assisting in other duties as may be assigned by your superior.


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in Customer Service
  • Degree from a reputable institution
