Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media chats, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our customers
- Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to credit applications, loan terms, payments, and account management
- Effectively communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Proactively identifying and resolving customer needs, exceeding expectations and fostering lasting relationships
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys and address any escalations
- Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and industry regulations
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' of relevant work experience
- HND / BSc preferably
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak travel seasons
