Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and prospective customers, providing top-notch service, booking and processing loans, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every guest’s satisfaction.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media chats, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our customers
  • Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to credit applications, loan terms, payments, and account management
  • Effectively communicating complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proactively identifying and resolving customer needs, exceeding expectations and fostering lasting relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer journeys and address any escalations
  • Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and industry regulations
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' of relevant work experience
  • HND / BSc preferably
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak travel seasons
