Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information. The goal is to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with necessary information.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics.
  • Aid in developing and improving customer service procedures and policies.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.



Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • Experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of the company’s industry and products.
