Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Management:

• Configure and manage JotForms or other survey platforms to capture required data.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data through validation and verification processes.
• Regularly monitor form submissions for errors or anomalies.

Analysis & Reporting:

• Extract and organize data from JotForms into structured datasets for analysis.
• Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and visualize data.
• Provide detailed and actionable reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends, patterns, and key insights.

Form Design & Optimization:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design user-friendly, effective forms tailored to specific project needs.
• Continuously optimize forms for usability, ensuring high response rates and data quality.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain a secure and organized database of survey responses and reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and align deliverables.
• Prepare documentation and SOPs for survey-related workflows and data processes.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular audits of forms, data, and reports to ensure compliance with organizational standards and data privacy regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to form submission or data exports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of proven experience in data collection and analysis (preferably using JotForms or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytical software (e.g., Excel, R, Python).
• Proficiency in managing survey platforms and data pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of database management and data security best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences
