Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet clients' business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
- Utilize SEO/SEM practices to increase online visibility and traffic.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, content calendars, and website performance.
Social Media Management:
- Design and execute creative social media strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and increase brand awareness.
- Oversee day-to-day management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions, while ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Sprout Social.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the digital marketing and social media team to deliver high-quality results.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and within timelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify skill development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (graphic designers, copywriters, motion designers, etc.) to ensure campaign success.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Analyze data to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns and social media efforts.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to management and clients, showcasing key metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Use insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
Client Engagement:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and expectations.
- Provide regular updates, present strategies, and manage feedback.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer and Social Media Specialist with a track record of success.
- Proficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Expertise in social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Creative and Soft Skills:
- Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills for digital campaigns.
- Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration abilities.
