Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Sales Consultant specializing in Digital and Cyber Security Solutions to engage with leads generated by our marketing team, understand their business needs, and effectively pitch our solutions. This role is ideal for a highly communicative and quick-thinking professional who can seamlessly identify client requirements and present our offerings in a compelling manner.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct free consultations with leads provided by the marketing team to evaluate their digital and cyber security needs.
  • Deliver persuasive and customized sales presentations highlighting the benefits of our digital and cyber security solutions.
  • Understand and communicate the value propositions of our full suite of digital and cyber security products and services.
  • Rapidly assess client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure their needs are addressed and to drive them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the broader sales strategy.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and nurture long-term client relationships.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, especially in digital and/or cyber security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and cyber security concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to swiftly understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus
