As a Direct Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting the bank's products and services, driving customer acquisition, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing:
- Identify and approach potential customers to offer savings, loans, and other financial products.

- Promote the bank's products through door-to-door marketing, fieldwork, and referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management:

- Product Knowledge:

- Operational Duties:
- Assist customers in opening accounts and completing necessary documentation.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma (BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
