Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and deliver packages to clients using a 200cc motorcycle.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper handling and safe delivery of packages to prevent damage.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any feedback from clients.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on the motorcycle to ensure it's in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or traffic violations to the supervisor promptly.
• Communicate with dispatchers to update them on delivery status and receive instructions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations during deliveries.
• Assist with other tasks as required, such as sorting and organizing deliveries.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SSCE/GCE/NECO.
• Must be 21 years or older with at least two years of motorcycle riding experience (200cc).
• A valid Rider’s Card/Licence is required.
• Must have a registered bank account and an ATM card.
• No criminal record.
• Preferably, experience working with a delivery/logistics company.
• Must be able to provide two valid guarantors.
• A properly functioning 4G phone is required.
