Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Event Setup & Pack Down: Assemble and disassemble the workstation, ensuring all equipment and ingredients are in place.
- Pancake Preparation & Cooking: Assist in making mini pancakes, following our recipes and quality standards.
- Serving & Presentation: Plate and serve mini pancakes efficiently while maintaining a clean and attractive setup.
- Stock Management: Track ingredient usage, restock supplies as needed, and report shortages.
- Market/Store Runs: Occasionally assist with purchasing fresh ingredients and necessary supplies.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and hygienic throughout and after events.
- Team Support: Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or event catering is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay on your feet for long hours.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to hygiene and food safety.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
