In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to create and cultivate a pipeline of event opportunities throughout EMEA. Your contributions will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving revenue through direct client engagement. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy specific to the EMEA market for event services for both B2B and B2C
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new event sales opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, focusing on closing deals and achieving individual sales targets
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of all contracted events
- Engage in marketplace analysis to identify trends and potential client needs
- Create and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients
- Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline
- Demonstrated track record in sales, particularly in the events or hospitality sectors
- Strong persuasive negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
- Ability to operate independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a robust organizational approach to managing multiple accounts
- A self-starter mentality, highly motivated by commission-driven opportunities
- Willingness to actively network to unearth new business prospects
- Commitment to achieving monthly sales targets (minimum 85% attainment is expected)
- Ensure that all promotional materials and offerings are accurate and up-to-date
- Professional demeanor complemented by strong sales presentation abilities
