Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Act as primary contact, manage calls/emails, and draft correspondence.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Oversee key projects and office operations.
- Assist with onboarding and corporate events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Must be living within Yaba or environs.
- 1-2 years in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
- Available to travel.
