Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day diary of the CEO
- Managing real estate assets
- Creating and writing monthly reports
- Adhoc project analysis for new business investments
- Other tasks linked to assisting business operations across the group
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with applications in office tasks.
- Experience in social media marketing and content management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
