To provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director by performing a variety of professional and personal tasks that enhance the MD’s productivity and ensure the smooth operation of the organization. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters concerning the office of the MD

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD’s calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Draft, review, and format correspondence such as emails, memos, and letters.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of key organizational projects under the MD’s purview.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials on strategic topics as required.
- Follow up with department heads on deliverables and timelines, ensuring that the MD is updated on progress.
- Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Represent the MD in meetings or events as required and provide detailed feedback.
- Organize and prepare agendas for meetings chaired by the MD.
- Take minutes during key meetings, ensuring that actionable tasks are tracked and followed up on.
- Oversee logistics for executive-level meetings and events.
- Supervise office support staff and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day administrative operations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records.
- Assist the MD in identifying and following up on business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on client engagement strategies.
- Track proposals, contracts, and invoices related to client engagements.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- Degree in a related field
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organization skills
