We are looking to hire a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our lead strategist.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Lead Strategist in various strategic initiatives
- Managing and overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution
- Preparing and presenting project updates and progress reports to the Lead Strategist
- Managing the Lead Strategist's daily schedule, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Coordinating logistics of team meetings
- Tracking action items and following up as necessary
- Assisting with the preparation of presentation materials and reports
- Performing research and analysis on relevant topics as requested by the Lead Strategist
- Communicating on behalf of the Lead Strategist with other team members and external parties
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in project management and executive assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
