Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily workflow
- Screen and handle communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages with confidentiality.
- Prepare and review presentations, reports, and documents for meetings.
- Take minutes during key meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Strategic & Business Support:
- Monitor and track ongoing business projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Conduct research and provide strategic insights for informed decision-making.
- Represent the CEO in high-level meetings when necessary and follow up with stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners across the CEO’s business ecosystem.
- Stay up to date on industry developments that may impact the CEO’s ventures.
Logistics & Coordination:
- Organize travel arrangements (local & international), accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
- Coordinate meetings, business events, and conferences.
- Ensure that all logistics around business engagements and personal matters run smoothly.
Personal & Office Support:
- Handle confidential personal errands and tasks, as required.
- Keep tabs on both business and personal commitments to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Maintain a professional, composed demeanor under pressure, with the ability to manage sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc or equivalent) from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive or strategic support roles, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask, priorities effectively, and work independently.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ibadan, Nigeria.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Prior exposure to consulting, strategy, or high-growth businesses.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian business landscape, especially Ibadan and Lagos.
