Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Facility Manager who will oversee staff and teams managing the day-to-day operations of our residential estate and commercial facilities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the administrative, regulatory, marketing, maintenance, and development aspects of commercial and residential real estate facilities.
- Manage a team of support staff.
- Oversee student enrollment and maintain proper discipline.
- Interface with funding agencies and training certification bodies.
- Oversee the evolution and growth of the institute.
Requirements:
- Morally sound, of impeccable character, proven integrity, and free from financial embarrassment
- Minimum of a first degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years of cogent experience in facility and hospitality sector management level (appropriate certification will be an added advantage)
- Demonstrated evidence of strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and administrative competence.
- Must have initiative and creativity in good human relations and positive managerial attributes
- Must be proficient in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
