Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and directing the activities of production to ensure products meet quality standards
- Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet demand.
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Preparing reports on production performance and other relevant data
Requirements:
- Must reside in Kuje or surrounding areas
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, ideally within a bakery or food production setting.
- A strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment for plantain chips, chinchin and peanuts
- Proficiency in bakery operations and production management
- Understanding of inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
