Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Guests/Clients:
- Warmly greet visitors as they enter the premises.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide general information about the organization or services offered.
Answer and Direct Phone Calls:
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the correct person or department.
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic customer issues.
Manage Visitor Logs and Appointments:
- Register visitors and issue visitor passes as necessary.
- Maintain a log of visitors entering and exiting the premises.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for guests or clients with staff members.
Handle Correspondence:
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Send and receive faxes, emails, and other documents.
- Ensure timely distribution of mail and packages to staff or departments.
Clerical and Administrative Support:
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Support other departments with tasks as needed, such as booking meeting rooms or arranging travel.
Maintain Clean and Organized Reception Area:
- Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Ensure informational materials such as brochures or pamphlets are well-stocked and current.
Security and Access Control:
- Ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Monitor and maintain security protocols, such as signing visitors in and out.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from a recognized university with HND or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
- Highly skilled, mature, and very good-looking.
- A young lady between 24 and 28 years old
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.

Work Environment:
