Job Summary
We are seeking to hire a Field Cashier who will ensure efficient collection of thrift savings, loans, and payments while maintaining accurate records.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collect daily or periodic thrift savings, loan repayments, and deposits from customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of all cash transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, answering queries and addressing concerns.
- Promote Fynup’s financial products and services to new and existing customers to increase sign-ups and participation.
- Accurately document all transactions and collections in both physical and digital formats.
- Provide customers with appropriate receipts and ensure transparency in all dealings.
- Submit daily reports of all collected funds, transactions, and customer engagements to the supervisor or assigned manager.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of collected cash with records.
- Follow Fynup’s policies and procedures for cash handling and customer transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all interactions, ensuring the security of funds collected.
- Gather feedback from the field on customer needs, market trends, and competition to provide insights for Fynup’s growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND certification
- 0-1 year of experience as a field cashier
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be ready to work
