Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection, offering personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
- Maintain the presentation of the shop floor, ensuring that displays are well-organized and fully stocked.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Assist with fitting room service and ensure smooth customer flow.
- Support the team with visual merchandising tasks to reflect current fashion trends.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with other store-related duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or fashion environment is an advantage.
- A keen interest in fashion and styling with a knowledge of the latest trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player who is proactive and customer-focused.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
