Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise food and beverage staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to service standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all food and beverage areas.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation to enhance team productivity.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate billing and adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate service goals and updates to the team.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock requisitions to avoid shortages.
- Enforce compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager, Operations Manager, or the management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience
- HND/BSc. in a relevant course of study
